The Release Ritual

Together, we will move through a guided cord cutting ceremony, intention setting, nourishing yin practice, and a grounding sound bath led by Sabrina and Lynne under the fairy lights at Anara Infusion in the Cardel building in Quarry Park.

This experience is created to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, reflection, and new beginnings in a warm and welcoming space.

All events are subject to a 50% refund only. No-shows will be charged in full. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable. Tickets are transferable to another person.
